Our Vacation club consists of The Ocean, The Coral and The Marlin. The centers of attraction, these resorts are comprised of ocean view and poolside suites. Owners and guests of these properties enjoy quarters that range from a cozy Efficiency to boastful Grand Villas. The culmination of new generation craftsmanship presents efficiency, studio and loft style accommodations that were built to pamper.
These facilities are located on the western side of the resort property. Check-in time for this location is 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Scheduled shuttle to and from the local grocery store is available. Laundry facilities are located on the premises. Local calls, long distance calls, credit card calls are all available from each unit. Service Representatives are assigned to each residence of this vacation club property to assist Members/Guests with their on-island vacation experience.
OCEAN BUILDING
The Ocean building was opened in 1997. Upgrades and improvements were completed in January 2007. We have three unit types in this building, Efficiency, Studio and Townhouse units. Please see floor plans for further description of units.
CORAL BUILDING
The Coral, formally “Coral Suites” was opened in 1999. We have more unit types available in this building: Efficiency, Studio, Handicap Studio, Ambassador Efficiency and Studio, Studio Deluxe and 1 bedroom Deluxe. Please see floor plans for further description of units.
MARLIN BUILDING
The Marlin was opened in March 2007. The units have been tastefully furnished with stainless steel appliances and beautiful wood furniture. We have three unit types: Studio, 1 bedroom with Bahama Room and a 1 bedroom on the top floor. Please see floor plans for further description of units.
