PAYMENTS

The collection of Promissory Note and Maintenance Fee payments is administered by Conrad Acceptance Corporation.

Billings for the maintenance fee statements are sent out by Conrad in May of every year and maintenance fees are due on June 1st. In order to book at the Resort or exchange or space bank through Interval or RCI, maintenance fees must be up to date.
